I'm an older guy who still does a 300 a day push-up routine and I NEED a firm grip on my tile floor and this delivers just that. I spray one hand 4 times and rub together then a little spit BEFORE each set of 60 to feel the "stick" and no spreading/slipping of my arms. MUST have for me!!

The issue is that the bottles leaks and it will make mess or it will run out from leakage not usage
