Provides the best relief for constipation that I have ever tried.

I ordered this Piping Rock Oznated Magnesium 100 capsules. I specifically ordered this brand for the first time since it was the same cost as another alternative I was using, and I wanted to see how it would compare. Originally, I was taking one one my professional recommended that comes in a glass jar, however I couldn't afford to reorder it so I looked for an alternative. That alternative wasn't as strong, however, it still worked well and was still a much better value. I would say this one works just as well and I think slightly better as that alternative. Unfortunately, I came back to reorder this, and it's was $4 more a bottle so I went back to my previous brand that's $4 less since I need to buy monthly. The reason I was using the one that was recommended was because nothing else was working no matter what I tried and my professional also takes what she recommends. I take 1 to 3 a night depending on what I eat and what I have going on. I have to drink it with a full glass of water or it feels pointless to take. That is important to know about this type of product so one isn't disappointed. Everything that I eat throughout the day ties into how many I take since foods another supplements are a part of why I take this. These are effortless and easy to take, and I don't notice anything negative with them unless I didn't use common sense. I don't have any complaints and will reorder based on who has the best value and deal, thank you.

I take a high dose iron, which results in "chronically sluggish digestion" - I prefer this gracious euphemism - and other remedies have not been effective. Eating my vegetables, always a good idea, doesn't help unless I eat a ton with every meal. So I needed help. This was recommended by someone so I tried it. It works! I take 3 at night before bed with a tall glass of water per instructions, and each day is a little better than the day before until I get to the ideal point. I got there in about a week of daily intake. The trick for me is figuring out the right frequency to maintain that optimal level. Once I reached that optimal point, taking it daily moved things a little too far along, so I dialed back. Also great, I'm experiencing no side effects, no discomfort. This is great!

Definitely my, "go to" for sluggish bowels. I am gluten intolerant and if I occasionally eat, what I should not, my system stops. I used to use an herbal formula, but it took forever for me to realize it was causing the ileocecal valve pain! I have had NO ill effects from this. No cramping. Easy to take, no smelly tablets, no mess.
