When l opened the package I found out that cushion pads was X-LARGE but to my surprise they fit I am size 10 shoes ,but they fit OK

These foot pads certainly ease ball of foot pain but aren’t the most comfortable and move gradually in use

Hmmm, I wear size 8 shoes. These seem a little large. The strap holding the pad is not exactly thin so when worn in shoes, the shoes feel too tight. Even when worn with very thin socks shoes feel tight and uncomfortable. When worn in the house with or without sliders, the pads seem ok, but at some point I have to put outdoor shoes on. An inexpensive experiment to overcome my foot discomfort, I wont be buying more of these.

Comfy but can make shoe width tight and lead to more discomfort. The pads are quite thick but effective.

I bought these for my father, as was suggested by the podiatrist. They were not very good. I was to buy silicone, but thought these would be more comfortable, as the were, but little protection.

I have bursitis in both feet, thankfully not painful, just the feeling of lumps under my feet as I walk or run. A podiatrist suggested these pads would help. They make no difference at all, in fact the gel pad now feels like a larger lump under my feet.
