Which crimp tool size should I use with these?

You need a crimping tool such as this.

It does the job, and is inexpensive compared to a ratchet type.
Don't jump in and try to use straight away, you only have a certain amount of terminals and they aren't reusable.
Plan out first how you are going to make the connections, do each one at a time. 
Put a crimp into the tool and look at how it works, look at something that has been crimped a similar way to see how it should look.
You may have to nip the leaves together slightly to get it to fit the tool, don't expect perfection. You'll get better after a few goes.
Even rough looking attempts will work, as long as the cable will not easily pull out.

Think of a household plug and socket.
