Massage gun

I purchased to alleviate a rotator cuff injury, which most likely stemmed from weak muscles around the shoulder blades. I was trying to massage my back with a short massage tool and I think that compounded my muscle problems in this area due to contortion of my muscles whilst trying to massage vigourously. Once I received this product the benefits were immediate, easy manipulation of those back muscles without stressing any further muscles. The device works amazingly well using 2 hands, one to steady and direct and the order to apply pressure. I cannot recommend it enough! Add to the fact that the cost is less than one trip to the physio, it has to be an indispensable piece of equipment for anyone who is even mildly interested in their physical well-being.

This is fantastic! Really helps my back and on you tube there's a great video that shows you how to use it all over your body. It really does help loosen my am muscle and I can apply/control the pressure.. this with the lacrosse ball helps keep my back in check.

This really works on painful, tight trigger points. It's sturdy enough to apply the required pressure. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It’s pretty good. I have it a few days, and have found it very useful for applying lots of pressure onto spots at the rear of my right shoulder, which, otherwise is hard to reach. The supplier also send an email with lots of useful info on using the device. Recommended.

When I first got this I used it all the time to work out the tension in my shoulders mostly. I don’t actually need to use it as often now because it works so well. I liked it so much I bought one for my mum! If you don’t have a lot of body fat you can soften the hard bits of the tool by wrapping the nodules with a soft sock.

It came speedily and am finding it very useful. It is a bit heavier than I expected but that makes it firmer particularly in the shoulder region which is where I used it most. A good buy.
