What I Miss About Italy I Can Have in My Home
After living in both Naples and Sicily, I have a great appreciation for the perfect espresso - the magic of the golden brown thin layer of foam on top, the deep, rich flavor of the coffee, the perfect pick-me-up to mornings and some afternoons. Great tasting nespresso pod
I have been buying nespresso pods for a while now and I like to try different brands and this is one of the strongest flavors I have tried. Some others say they have high intensity of flavor but seem lackluster but this one does indeed taste strong. I will be buying again to put in my rotation of nespresso pods.

strong coffee, weak pods
some pods did not puncture properly, the case collapsed slightly not letting good penetration. took forever for the cup to fill. does not happen with the intenso capsules.

Update: 02/24/25: thank you to JF distribution who advised that Italy uses different expiration date sequence: this is actually 06/03/2025. (Previous post Expires March 6. 2025, MFC April 2023 Received 2/17/2025. Not advisement of short coding when ordering . Reached out twice to JF no response. While technically not expired most probable not fresh to expected. Be cautious as cost is not always right option when this transpires.)

Excellent
Well packaged. Each aluminum capsule is tightly sealed, with the foil stretched on top. The Napoli has a strong yet balanced taste, just as you’d expect from good quality.

taste is surprisingly close to Nespresso and Starbucks
The coffee pods is actually good! I’ve tried a few different brands to find the best value. Of course, Nespresso is the top choice, but it’s way too expensive foe me! I don't want to spend over $1.24 per pod—if I'm paying that much, I might as well just grab a $1.99 coffee at McDonald's! The taste is surprisingly close to Nespresso and Starbucks. However, the pods are made of plastic, which I’m not a fan of. Thinking about plastic under high heat and pressure makes me a bit uneasy about healthy . Overall, I’m fairly satisfied. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars.
