I was recommended agnus castus to help regulate my erratic periods and reduce PMT symptoms so for about 6 months I used a liquid supplement putting drops in a drink every day. I didn't notice any improvement. I decided to try it in tablet form instead (better geographical absorption apparently) and the effects were immediately noticeable. It eradicated breast soreness, reduced the severity of cramps and just seemed to level out my symptoms. I still get PMT but on a much milder and more bearable level. I am perimenopausal and this is a BIG help.

This is a miracle! I have had PMDD for 5 years, tried all sorts including antidepressants, different contraceptive pills.... nothing worked.... severe abdominal cramps, extreme fatigue, very heavy periods. I then decided to try herbal as a last resort, read the reviews on this and prayed! 4 months later, my periods are normal, no cramps, light and comfortable, no low mood, or mood swings, no fatigue, I’m a different person. Cannot recommend Agnus cactus enough to anyone that is suffering. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 late afternoon. Amazing product. Very happy.

These have definitely helped to increase the amount of progesterone by body in producing, as it’s a high dose (400mg) - tablets in high street health food shops are only 4mg. However a warning if you also unfortunately suffer with Joint Hypermobility: my joint pain symptoms from JHS dramatically increased within 3 weeks of using the Angus Castus because progesterone makes the ligaments more bendy in susceptible individuals. And this is a very high dose of Vitex. So I’m torn between being a much nicer person but being in chronic pain or being an awful wife and mother and being pain free. What a choice to have!

This might sound like an exaggeration But these really have changed my life. My monthly’s are extremely bad to the point where I can’t leave the house some months, the flow this month is so light. My moods have lifted a lot. I will certainly be buying these every month

I have been using this product for about four months now and I have really noticed a difference ! You need to give it at least twelve weeks before you see the benefits. I used to turn into a hormonal, moody, raging witch every month and it got the point I was dreading every month as it was making everyone in my family down and they had to tread on eggshells around me. Now four month later taking it religiously I hardly notice My symptoms and forget when I am due on! I also take it with vitamin B6 so not sure if they both compliment each other but honestly for people who are like me each month it’s done wonders for me. I am happy and my hubby and kids are happy now :)

I’ve been using Angus castus for 4 months. I suffer with extreme bloating, very painful breasts and hormonal acne, plus painful cramping and back pain. I have also been trying to conceive for 3 years. I have noticed a slight change in my emotions during my luteal phase, and my breasts are *slightly* less tender but I am taking Vitamin B6 and magnesium as well. I feel my hormonal acne is worse since taking Angus Cactus though. I was hoping Angus Castus may help me conceive, but I am now undergoing investigations for fertility and endometriosis so will probably need to stop taking these now. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, they do have a strong taste, but they are a herb at end of the day! No issues with the seller, and super fast delivery.

Well I was dubious whether anything like this could make a difference. I took a full two months worth, and what really proved it was after I stopped taking them I suddenly had worse symptoms than before I started them !! Painful breasts for days, that was new, and big mood swings. Im back on them now and intend to stay that way! Also I noticed my moods straighten out in the first month of taking!
