Most potent formula you will find on Amazon tbh, your alternative would be Adapalene 0.1%. The strength is intermediate so if you are new to "retinols" I would use a thick moisturizer and layer it on top. Every third day is they way to go for the first week, next week every second day, third week transition to every night if you are tolerating the formula. I would also purchase a sunscreen with this and wear it religiously. It definitely loosens up clogged pores and helps rejuvenate skin. Super happy to have found this and it is a definite repurchase. Update: Now about 2 weeks of use with this product. I had a little bit of peeling but my skin looks so darn amazing. I will keep it at the every 3 day interval for now and do 3 times a week when my skin gets a little more use to it. This is literally the best my skin has looked since I was in my early 20s. My skin is smooth, appears polished, and I couldn't be happier. I'm using the Nutragena Ultra Gentle Cleanser and Moisturizer with this, highly recommend. Sunblock is the Supergoop Unseen formula.

This is the real damn deal. I spend thousands on skincare that don't work. I have lot of dark spot, horrible rough texture and this clear my face up so much in 4 days. My skin just shedding till I walk around with moisturizer. I wish I knew about this before. I purchased only one but after seeing how it works I purchased 6 more. I hope they don't change the ingredients or stop selling it. No retinol in the US as worked for me not even the ones for 70 Dollars.

I feel like this is the real deal. I started out slowly and now use almost everyday. It's been about a month and there is no irritation, but, boy, is my skin peeling and dry, especially around my eyes, nose and mouth. I hope it goes away soon because it looks terrible 😂. It's a small tube, but a little goes a LONG way. I always use a good moisturizer on top and sometimes Vaseline on top of that.

I should have paid closer attention the tube was much smaller than I expected for the price. The consistency is a light cream. There was no stickiness. You definitely need to moisturize with this or it will dry out your skin. It does what it is supposed to do but I wouldn't purchase it again because of the size compared to the price.

I was extremely skeptical at first but it's the real deal. it's a high dosage so I would use moisturizer before and after applying, sunscreen in morning. at first use 2x a month because your face is going to feel like a mother, sandwich method is the best! and desitan at night!

I’ve been using this gel for months, and honestly, I’m disappointed. I even bought two tubes because I’m obsessed with skincare and I wanted to give it a fair chance, but this product just doesn’t behave like real retinol. If this were true 0.05% retinol, my sensitive skin should’ve had at least some irritation the first few days, but absolutely nothing happened. No peeling, no redness, no purging nothing at all. And after all this time, still no visible changes. The texture feels like a prescription strength product, so it looks convincing, but the results just aren’t there. Even the shipping took forever, which made the whole experience worse. I wanted to like it, but I can’t recommend something that doesn’t perform.
