Is there a maximum I can use at night one just does not get me through the night or can i use two at once

Yes but it depends on how you sleep and if you use cpap. I use one in left cheek each night and fine for me.

Has the recipe/formation changed recently?

Not as far as I am aware although I don’t check the ingredients every time the flavour and adhesion are consistent

Is it orahealth 60 pack (per photo) or oracoat 40 pack (per description)?

It contains 40 tablets, each one having a special coating on the back. Moisten the backing with your tongue, then position them in the most comfortable position.
