So first I got to say that im a headset junkie and have ordered many headsets on here and other websites. I would say I have bought around 20-30 headsets so far all different makes and models and there are two that I like the most. My previous top headset was a top brand headset and it was a great headset and beat others by far. This headset can go head to head with that one but in terms of price this one well exceeds its price with the quality of how durable it is and the sound quality as well as blocking out background noise. I can definitely say that I have found the one I will stick with and I am so sure that I bought 3 of these! I also wanted to add that the customer service is amazing and that they knew that amazon sent me the wrong model so they wanted to get that resolved for me as well. All that I can say is a truly amazing headset with amazing customer service is number one in my books. The only thing that i would like to see in future models is a possibility of having charging cases available but so far I havent needed one because of the long talk time on these compared to others that last only 4-7 hours. Give this headset a try if you are looking for a headset for work or just everyday life.

I would change warning talk to a beep sound, because until it says "your mike is now connected" you miss what they are saying on the other end. I was desperately looking for a headset with a noise-canceling microphone. This turned out to be the one. Background noise is cancelled probably by 95%. Even if I move the microphone a little up/away, they can barely hear me. This resolved many issues I had when talking to clients on the phone. Now, I can walk in the street with ambulance sirens on, and motorbikes roaring. They can hear something faint, but only notice if I ask. It is a little difficult to fit it on the ear. Be careful not to touch the disconnect button. Once you learn it and get used to it, it is simply perfect. Holds the charge very long. If I use it 8 hours a day, never dies on me. Additional benefits is that, if charged fully, blue light comes on. It has on/off button, connects with the phone immediately. I have JBL also, which is good, easy to put on your ear, but has no noise cancelling feature and picks up conversations from all the way far. It is very annoying for whom you are talking to.

UPDATED REVIEW>>> Happy to report that the customer service team did come through. After reaching out to them for a second time, they responded and promptly shipped me a replacement item. During the email exchange, I did see that the company attempted to contact me after my initial outreach, but for whatever reason, I was unable to locate their message (even after searching for key words in my inbox). Not sure if that was an issue with Gmail, or if the company's CRM/email platform just didn't fully execute on the email to me. At any rate, I was happy to see that they attempted to resolve my concerns in a prompt manner. As such, I've updated my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. As I mentioned in my original view, I enjoyed the product and found it to be a nice option for the work calls I took from my phone and computer. In addition to the original customer service team reaching out, a different team saw my review and reached out as well. As most people have experienced first hand, no company and no product will always be perfect. In a day and age when things can be hit-or-miss, I've come to place a greater value on the company's response and the level of customer service they provide. This company has demonstrated that they are willing to resolve issues and make things right, which is one of the reasons they have earned my business should I need new/additional devices in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW>>> Initially I enjoyed the product, as a cost-effective option for taking work calls privately. Sadly, the product recently stopped working and no longer passes audio through the mic or earpiece. Although I wasn't excited about the item failing, I didn't get too mad because I recalled it coming with a 2-year warranty...and the product is only one year old. Unfortunately, I reached out to the seller via the support email provided in the original box and I haven't heard back about how to get a replacement device. I've now been without a working device for over a week, which makes virtual meetings very challenging when I'm in the office. I guess I'll just have to wait to see if the company will stand behind their product and warranty. Definitely wished the customer service was a bit more prompt and responsive.

Husband loves this Bluetooth earbud, the battery lasts a couple of days, he hears his calls clearly and loves that he can use Siri as well.

features are easy function. off and on button is difficult to see or find by touch, if not used to the length of mouth piece, can be a bit distracting, or you may think it would fall off or out of ear but it won't if you placed it in your ear properly. If you wear glasses depending on your frame and or shape of your ear may not fit as well over the ear, but that also would be a personal preference or taste in style. It is fairly lightweight and once you start wearing and using it you get used to it. Charges up fairly quick, Connectivity and pairing is good. appears to have a long battery life, meaning charge up in the morning or night before and your good to go all day and then some.. Distance from phone is about 40 Ft with out it being auto disconnected, but connection back within range is fairly quick as well. Quality is pretty good, Value for the money, I'd say yes. Ear piece size is pretty good but there again depends on your preference, I personally did not really care for what came with the unit for your ear, but found a style of ear piece cover that works much better. would I recommend this Yes!

Update to previous review: Amazon Customer Service gave me the seller's email address and suggested I contact them regarding their 2 year warranty. I sent an email with photos last week, and today, I received 2 new headsets at no charge - not even shipping cost. So, five stars for Conambo's customer service and we'll see how these replacements hold up. Previous review: I have purchased 3 of these headsets in the past 2+ years. The functions are rudimentary and the sound quality is just ok. The main problem however, is durability. Each of these headsets have broken in the same place after less after less than a year. The swivel that allows it to be worn on the right or left side breaks where it connects to the body of the headset. It then becomes two pieces held together by several very small wires and cannot be reattached in any way that will hold.

I bought this item in Jan of 2024. I was very pleased with it. Sound quality is excellent. Range could have been a little better, but it's not promising more than 30 ft. But here we are in April of 2025, and suddenly, it's not working properly. I have sound dropouts where I can't hear my clients for 5-10 seconds at a time. I thought this was a computer issue, but I had it happen again while making a simple phone call with my telephone. I cannot use it anymore. I suppose if you want to buy a new headset every year for $40 it's ok, right? I'd rather have something a bit more durable.

So the first headset I received had some serious issues. Basically, it worked ok for a little over a month and then failed miserably. Reached out to the seller, explained what wasn't working with it and what I had tried to get it to work. Within a few days, a new one was on it's way. After receiving the new one, I realized how messed up the first one was. (Most likely a factory defect that slipped through QA). This one works like it's supposed to and quite I'm happy with it. I do HVAC for a living and have had a few 1/2 hour to 45 minute calls to manufacturers tech support and it worked like a charm. My only complaint is that the large ear piece is to big and the medium a touch to small for my ear. I took the foam cover off the earpiece from my broken plantronics headset, put it on this one and it's a perfect fit. Stays comfortable all day and actually improved the speaker clarity in noisy environments. All in all, well worth what I spent on it.

Das Headset selbst ist gut verarbeitet, hat ein ansprechendes Design und kann bequem getragen werden. Sowohl das Mikrofon als auch das "Steuerteil" sind drehbar, so dass es sowohl auf der linken als auch auf der rechten Seite getragen werden kann. Der Standardohrstöpsel passte bei mir perfekt. Wenn das Headset nicht in Gebrauch ist, kann es in der Aufbewahrungsbox verstaut werden. Das Headset wird über einen USB-C-Anschluss aufgeladen. Funktionen und Tonqualität Die Inbetriebnahme des Headsets ist einfach: Ein Schalter schaltet das Headset ein, und eine LED blinkt, um das Pairing zu starten. Mein Smartphone hat das Headset sofort erkannt und eine Verbindung hergestellt. Nach dem ersten Pairing verbinden sich die Geräte automatisch, sobald das Headset eingeschaltet wird. Die Verbindung dauert nur wenige Sekunden, so dass das Headset schnell einsatzbereit ist, wenn das Telefon klingelt- Das Headset verfügt über verschiedene Tasten, mit denen Anrufe angenommen oder beendet und die Lautstärke gesteuert werden können. Es sitzt bequem und stabil, wenn ich während eines Anrufs durch den Raum laufe. Die Reichweite ist ebenfalls gut, so dass es problemlos funktioniert, wenn das Headset in einem anderen Raum liegt. Die Akkulaufzeit ist gut: Bis zu 10 Stunden Gesprächszeit sind möglich, und der Hersteller gibt eine Standby-Zeit von 700 Stunden an, was ich jetzt nicht getestet habe. Der aktuelle Akkustand wird auf dem Smartphone angezeigt, und das Headset kann auch mit Siri und anderen Sprachassistenten gesteuert werden. Zwei Geräte können gleichzeitig mit dem Headset verbunden werden. Neben Smartphones werden auch Tablets und Notebooks unterstützt - im Grunde alles, was Bluetooth-fähig ist. Die Tonqualität ist sehr gut. Das Gerät hat eine Rauschunterdrückungsfunktion. Während meiner Anrufe konnte ich mein Gegenüber problemlos hören, und meine Gesprächspartner sagten, dass sie mich auch perfekt verstehen konnten. Fazit Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Kauf des Headsets sehr zufrieden. Es funktioniert einwandfrei, und ich kann bei Supportanrufen meine Hände frei halten. Im Gegensatz zu meinen anderen Bluetooth-Kopfhörern funktioniert auch das Mikrofon einwandfrei, so dass mich mein Gegenüber problemlos verstehen kann. Mit der Aufbewahrungsbox kann ich das Headset einfach im Rucksack werfen und habe es immer griffbereit.

Questo auricolare vecchio stile mono è creato scenicamente per le chiamate, e si sente la differenza. Io ho diversi auricolari doppi senza filo e il fatto di avere il microfono lontano dalla bocca fa si che sempre ci siano rumori di fondo. Questo apparato invece percepisce perfettamente il suono della mia bocca e ha anche un buon sistema di riduzione del rumore. È comodo, anche grazie al fatto che viene equipaggiato con una decina di cuscinetti intercambiabili in gomma in modo da adattarsi a tutti i tipi di orecchie. La connessione è stata istantanea e senza problemi. Ha un bottone fisico (meno male!) per accensione e spegnimento, uno per gestire le chiamate e due bottoni volume. Ha tutto ciò che serve e offre un'ottima qualità del suono. Si sente talmente bene che proverò anche a usarlo come microfono senza fili per la registrazione di video!

Ich brauche auch beruflich freies Telefonieren und kauf seit Jahren das Plantronics 5200 UC was auch wirklich gut ist, allerdings störte mich immer die Ladeschale, die nicht richtig funktionierte und es hat auch kein USB-C-Anschluss. Mir ist schon das zweite Mal der Bügel abgebrochen, ich gehe nicht zimperlich damit um und benutze auch nicht beim Transport ein Etui oder halt die Ladeschale, sondern stecke es einfach in die Tasche und so robust sind die Headsets halt auch nicht, deswegen war ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Headset, was eigentlich wohl wieder das 5200er werden sollte, weil es kaum Alternativen gibt - dachte ich! Bei Amazon bin ich auf das Conambo Bluetooth Headset V5.1, K21 H gestoßen, was gute Bewertungen hatte und ein bisschen wie ein Klon des 5200er aussieht sicher nicht verwunderlich, da nur durch den Bügel eine gute Sprachverständigung möglich ist und nicht wie bei den üblichen Knopfheadsets, es sei also der Konstruktion geschuldet :) Ich wollte mal was anders und war ein bisschen Experimentierfreudig weil auch der Preis von unter 50 Euro sehr verlockend war und dank Amazon kann man es auch problemlos umtauschen - soweit so gut. Die Lieferung ging zugig, Verpackung gut, Ladeschale war auch OK allerdings ohne Ladefunktion die beim Plantronics 5200 gegeben ist aber wie ich schon erwähnt nicht gut funktioniert bzw. die obere Ladefunktion funktioniert nicht gut. Das Verbinden per Bluetooth ging super, weil automatisch. Die einfache Ansage wegen Pairing usw. ist zwar englisch, weiß nicht, ob man die Sprache einstellen kann, ist aber auch egal, jeder weis was Pairing und Connected bedeutet. Beim ersten Telefonat war ich mehr als nur überrascht. Ich konnte mein Gegenüber nicht nur sehr gut verstehen, obwohl ich im Auto mit offenem Fenster in der Rushhour fuhr, sondern fast alle Headsets sind mir zu leise, das war hier auch anders. Ich fragte dann meinen Bekannten wie er die Verbindung war nahm und er wollte es kaum glauben wie ich unterwegs war. Die Verbindung bzw. Sprachverständlichkeit war absolut TOP, das hatte ich vorher noch nicht so erlebt. Erwähnenswert ist auch noch die lange Akkulaufzeit auch vorbildlich. Ich mach's kurz für mich bestes Headset auf dem Markt und das für unter 50 Euro eigentlich kaum zu glauben. Ich bin Fan von dem Ding - und das hier ist keine Werbung, sondern mein ehrlicher Eindruck! Was ich nicht versteh, warum die Firma keine große Werbung und Tests machen lässt das Ding würde überall super abschneiden, aber vielleicht ist das auch eine Budget-Frage. Ich bin auf jeden Fall glücklich mit dem K21, weil ich halt viel Zeit mit einem Headset verbringe. Es gibt auch kleinere bzw. günstigere Headset von dieser Firma. Dazu kann ich nichts sagen, hab halt nur das K21 getestet bzw. gekauft.
