Best T/Gel shampoo
So far this has worked the same as the t/gel I bought from chemists. I would buy and recommend to people with psoriasis

Strongest and best anti-dandruff shampoo
Superior to any other product, very high tar content. Salicylic acid shampoos are not as good as this. I personally like the smell, but it a quite strong 'tar' type smell.

Expensive and not as good as it used to be
Not as good as the original t-gel which seems to have disappeared, but better than the clear stuff which does nothing for my seborrheic dermatitis. Shockingly expensive though.

Excellent!
Great shampoo for me as I suffer from mild psoriasis on my scalp. Lucky to find it as it's been discontinued here in Ireland and in the UK. None of the alternatives worked nearly so well.

Ummm wait and see
I don't know why they changed the formula. Ive used this shampoo for decades but the very clear version doesnt take care of my scalp. This brown version is only avaiable on linecand lighter than it used to be. Its better than the clear stuff but the jury is out on whether it does the job.
