I played sport most of my life, ran a marathon and am still active. Knee injuries have stopped me running recently so I have lost weight and strengthened but by far the most effective has been this support. I wear it whilst running and instantly feel my knee is supported and stable. It doesnt slip, feels comfortable and has really helped. Also it's a fraction of the price of similar items, but definitely the best

The support held up pretty well on my first run, it wasn't uncomfortable while running and i definitely felt it was more supported. My leg measured just over 17" but i decided to go for the size small which paid off as it fits perfectly and doesn't slip down while using. The only thing i would say is that it bunches a little behind the knee which takes a minute to get used to but other than that it does the job.

100% recommend this for anyone with knee trouble. It feels like a supportive hug for your knee. I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect or it actually works but whenever I have this on my knee does genuinely feel better. It’s enabled me to keep on running, so I’m happy. I am also trying to strengthen my knee through exercise so I don’t have to depend on this, but if you are having knee pain buy this you won’t regret it. Also I’ve had no issues with it slipping down. I’ve worn it both on my knee on bare skin, and over my running leggings and it’s never slipped down. It doesn’t feel tight or restrictive. I forget I have it on half the time.

This knee support is making it easier for me to be able walk without as much pain in my right knee and keeping my knee in alignment .

I bought the small one going by the measurements it should have fit but it was far to small,I returned it for a large that fits perfect. The measurements should be checked,I measured my leg before I ordered the small so it should fit but it dident.

I bought this support because I had been having issues with my knee whilst out running. It has allowed me to keep going which is very important to me. It is a well made item that does provide good support.
