Works.
This really helps with my dicky hip, I have other spiky balls but they are all to soft,(oh err Mrs!) this really gets into the spot I need to massage & hurts like hell but gives me great pain relief afterwards, also used it one when I woke up with a stiff neck & this sorted it out. Best thing I have bought this year & well worth the higher price compared to the softer spiky balls.

It should be called the painball!
Do not dismiss this because it looks so...nondescript For best results, you need the services of Kelly Starret, so go buy the Supple Leopard book. This ball works a treat getting into tissues, muscles etc. I am a runner with a bit of duck foot going on, so my hips are biased in a bad way. Doing the Supple Leopard exercises on my hip and psoas using this is...a rather painful, very useful experience. It also works wonders on parts of your body that aren't in so much pain, like my neck. This is a wonderful addition to my pain cave :).

Per chi pratica sport e si allena intensamente questo oggetto migliorerà e non poco il recupero e vi aiuterà ad alleviare contratture e sopratutto a prevenire altre conseguenze del training. Assolutamente consigliata.

Orb Extreme
This is the holy grail of massage balls! I have tried all shapes, sizes and textures to address my proximal hamstring tendinopathy and finally this thing really hits that area perfectly. I got the Orb extreme and it is the perfect size (4.5 inches) and the perfect hardness! It hurts, but hurts so good!

Happyexercising
It's a ball the misses uses for exercising and she's happy so I have nothing to complain about.

Works great, doesn't flatten!
Super dense foam massage ball that really helped me with tight Achilles and hamstring pain. Used it up against a wall or lying down and it did a great job in both cases. Also very useful for neck and shoulder pain as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Back Knots
Very firm, perfect for back knots. It may be too firm for some, but if you have serious trigger point issues this is perfect. Highly recommend!
