1pk Oxygen Tubing in-Line Water Trap with Removable End Caps

I’m a pediatric nurse and my patient would get water in their oxygen tubing all the time. I got this and it collects the water while letting oxygen get through. My patient has been using this specific one for well over 6 months. You can take it apart to empty the water. It reduces the likelihood of a patient aspirating from the moisture in the oxygen tubing. My patient are on ventilators.

Works great! Easy to install. Requires a double female tubing though but we got one from our oxygen supplier. Helps if you have a humidifier that gets water in the tubing.

Received water trap with both end caps cracked and split open in the exact same place like many other reviews mentioned. I would expect such an important item for an oxygen machine to have far better quality control. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Works great with my oxygen concentrator. Love that the ends come off so when the chamber fills up with water it’s easy to get rid off. Saves on having to buy multiple water traps. I did discover that my old one has ends that remove so now I have a back up. So far does not seem to leak but has only been used a few days.

Does the job well. No more water in my nasal cannula tubing! VERY easy to empty, too. Sturdy product; I accidentally stepped on it several times and it did not crack or break. Just remember to place it where your connector used to be. It should go between the tubing to your oxygen and the tubing to your nasal cannula (or mask.)

This water trap works fine as long as you empty it one or twice a day, otherwise you end up with water in the canula and that is a pain to clear out..
