Exactly as I expected with positive results
This product functions and feels exactly as I expected. It pulls my shoulders back and keeps my posture exactly where I want it. At first I could not wear it for more than an hour, this was because my shoulders were so used to being forward all the time, that they were always pushing on the straps. Now, my shoulders are adapting and they are starting to stay in the correct position on their own, allowing me to wear this device much longer, with no pressure. During the first couple day, I felt circulation issues at first from the straps, but that cleared up once my posture started correcting. I tried wearing it while sleeping, but had to take it off, I sleep in all positions and it limited my ability to do this. I work a desk job and always found myself leaning forward, curving my back and staining my neck to get closer to my screen. This device keeps my shoulders back, which in turn keeps my neck/head back in the correct position. I also have a long commute, and I tend to drive with my left arm extended to the wheel, and my right hand on the shifter. This, over time, has contributed to my posture issues and this device keeps me in the correct position while driving. I also wear this during long neighborhood walks, After the first couple days, I already felt a reduction in my neck and shoulder tension overall.

The Battle for sustaining good posture.
My story to save my posture is more like describing a battle. Three years ago I was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. After several surgeries to remove the cancer I have been left with a considerable amount of nerve damage which has created mayhem with my posture. I decided to do some research on back braces and after reading reviews the Branfit seemed to have the best overall reviews. So after purchasing and using the Branfit I found it to be helpful but a bit uncomfortable especially under my armpits. I have tried adjusting it to keep it from rubbing under my arms without much success. I have lost a lot of weight from this dreaded disease which has made using any type of brace more uncomfortable. Because I do not give up easily I will continue to use my Branfit posture corrector. Overall I give it a 3 star rating and I will update my review after I have used the product for a while. On a personal note only by the grace of God I am currently cancer free.

worth buying just consider your limits
This does make my posture better, but I admit to only wearing it a few times. It’s not comfortable (probably a comment on how I incorrectly hold my shoulders) and very hard to take off without help. If posture is your goal, start using this for short periods of time when someone is able to help you with it. Also remember to sit up straight!

It works, and it stays on.
I don’t usually take the time to write a review, but I seriously just had to come on here and do it. This thing truly works. I am so glad I got this. The idea seemed funny/dumb at first, but I gave it a try anyway. I’m 31, 6’2”, I slouch, and I have this upper back pain around my neck. I’ve had this pain for years. I’m constantly rubbing the back of my neck. To top it all off, I have scoliosis and severe anxiety. I saw something like this on Facebook, so I figured, what the hell I’ll try one out. I bought it and noticed an immediate difference in my confidence. I know that sounds weird but it’s true. I went to work, my anxiety was way down, I’m not saying my posture causes my anxiety, but body language can and does improve your mood. Also, within the first week my back pain had subsided significantly. And the best part is after using this for a few weeks, my back naturally does it (more or less). I’m still using it a lot, so we’ll see what happens going forward.

If it kinks, it's unfixable
I've been trying to wear this for three days, and there's a kink in the right strap that I haven't been able to undo. From the first moment I put it on, it began pulling to the bottom as seen in the photo. I've tried everything: I've checked the way it's looped a hundred times in case I twisted it or incorrectly looped it, but that isn't the issue. I've ironed the strap to straighten it out, but that doesn't work. I've tried to put a staple in the loop's spot in order to keep it straight, but it still pulls down. I've taken it off, tried to pull it straight, and put it back on, but it always returns to this kinked state. I can't reach it when I'm wearing it. I even asked a co-worker to fix it—which embarrassed the heck out of me since I didn't want to tell anyone I was wearing it—and it didn't work; they moved it in place, but as soon as I relaxed my body, it went back to the state as seen in the photo. I've tried to bear with it, but it's super uncomfortable and really hurts my right side after a while. This is a huge disappointment, because I've been struggling with posture and back issues for a long time, and I really hoped this would work—and it probably would if it weren't for this one stupid issue that's keeping it from functioning properly. Maybe I have a defective unit? I don't know, but I'm returning this thing as soon as possible. Try another company.

Affordable and easy to use
The product is simple, cheap, and works. I tried it out for a week before writing this. I was doing some solar work for my mother and was last on the electrical. I was able to bend pipe, put up electrical enclosures, and run wiring with no problem whatsoever. I noticed a wide difference in my posture within a couple of days while using this. I'm a lean build at 5'9" so it may help being fit to keep this in place. I know I saw a lot of reviews of it falling out of place or the eyelets becoming sideways. To which I have to say, maybe its not tight enough to allow proper use or perhaps the user needs a different brand. As nothing is a one stop shop when it comes to the human anatomy. To wrap it up... 15 bucks and my posture is already almost to where it needed to be years ago. Also last thing. The Velcro seems unreal. Very unobtrusive. Thank you!

restrictive cuts off circulation no good for range of motion
On one of the comments it asked if u could work out in this. for any type your upper body will be ingadged in I would say Definately not!!! If I wore it with correct posture it cut off circulation to my arms... When I asked seller about this they recommend loosining it till it doesant and over time tighten it as your posture is improved.. I dont see how posture will improve if you arent pulling your body to a more correct posture... So maybe it is more of a reminder to keep your back tight more than an actual support.... Cant role shoulders forward at all so if you need to pick from ground or reach out very far it restricts your motion. .... No manule labor wearing this for me... Not sufficient as a brace for activity perhaps more as a trainer or reminder for you to fix yourself when unnessicary to have full rainge of movement... just hold your sholders back for 20-30 min a day.... Thats the advice I wish I would have gone with. And pretty much how it recommends you to use it.

This damn thing is REAL
straight up, i thought this was going to be bullsh-- when i was getting ready to buy it. i decided to try anyway because i waited too long to work on my bad posture. after reading a few reviews and looking at information on how these posture correctors work, i went ahead and bought in. i knew i slouched but i didn't know just how much until i tried this. it was strange looking in the mirror because i never see myself standing so straight. slouching has always looked and felt normal to me. i was told by people that standing straight also improves your breathing and i noticed how much easier it is to breath when your back is straight while standing or sitting. to be honest, i think it felt that way because people told me it would...but if it's a real thing then that just makes it all the more better. one thing for sure, it does pull your shoulders back. it can be annoying at first but if my posture is correct, the support feels more comfortable and i easily forget about it while i'm concentrating on work. i don't know how long it will take to have natural good posture after using a corrector like this one. i find though after wearing it during a work day and removing it at the end of the day, i am definitely more conscious of my posture. i'll try it out for awhile and see how well it works. i'm 5'4" 145 lbs and was able to get the right fit since the product is adjustable.
