will this work on the 2013 burgman 650?

YES! Absolutely! I had my Burgman 650 Exec and this is the filter I used on ther scoot and now my Vstrom. The nut on the top of this filter makes it really easy to put on and take off for oil changes and my bike ran very well with it.
