I love these arm bands I buy 2 one for each arm started using them on arm need shoulder replacement.then other arm was hurting too. So bought 2 pair hadvthe surgery went back to work mus cc les in New arm still delveoping so it get sore, so don't know where theyre at my 1st set so bought another pair. Put them on wear them every day at work iam 70yrs pldveork 3 days aweek lifting boxes making alotta small boxes all day long ism sn production packer. A bit awkward to put on, but quite snug when you finally learn how; useful for reducing excess strain on biceps/triceps during workout. I waited until my late 40s to lose a huge amount of weight and try to build muscle, so I have a lifetime of "self-abuse" and nature working against me. This helps "fight back" some.

The compression sleeve greatly relieved the pain of my husband's pulled bicep tendon. I gave it 4 stars because it was delivered dirty and we had to wash it before use. I could have returned it but we didn’t want to wait for a new one.

Got this for a friend who tore her bicep and can't get into a specialist for a while. She continues to work as a server so her arm is getting HEAVY use. She said this brace is a lifesaver and keeps her pain to a bearable level. She's a tiny woman, maybe 5'2" and her upper arm is about the size of my forearm, but the SMALL size works perfect on her, even over a thin cardigan. Very difficult to put on it's not like you're putting it around you calf or your thigh Will you have two hands to work with putting this around your upper bicep with your left hand is almost impossible it just keeps on slipping you have to put on something around your arm first to keep the sleeve from slipping it usually ends up around my elbow but once you can get it on it does work I have pain in my bicep area and it just gets worse when I try to get it on this compression sleeve needs some work on it so would it be easier to get on

I am a bowler and I injured a ligament on the bicep of my bowling arm. I was unable to hold the weight of the bowling ball and throw it. A friend recommended getting a sleeve for my bicep. I purchased this one and it did the trick. The sleeve has good compression and support for my arm. It is easy to put on and provides plenty of support. I would highly recommend this product.

This brace worked well for my tendonitis and was a bit smaller scale than some other braces. I needed one that could fit under my sweater sleeve and this did ok although there is obviously some added bulk. I am a goddess of various braces due to multiple soft tissue issues; tennis elbow, golfers elbow, plantars fasciitis, and now this lovely biceps tendonitis. All to say that I've got an extensive history with braces of various types and would recommend this one.
