The Original Bradley Smoker

A really great, professional piece of hardware!I purchased mine in 2008 - the unit is still going strong and I produce lots of lovely smoked foods with it - from cold smoked cheese and heads of garlic to beautiful hickory smoked chicken!I can see why many mainstream chefs have taken this unit on!Best thing I have bought in a long time.Do bear in mind though that it needs to operate outdoors - unless you have some really good extraction in the kitchen. To this end it sits in its own shed - permanently set up with its cold smoking adapter - it gets a lot of use!

Excellent smoking system!I've owned this for a couple of years and really enjoy the food it produces. It's always a real talking point of a bbq party and everyone loves the food.I've knocked a star off because the smoker and bisquettes are pretty expensive, and I've had issues with the bisquettes getting moist and blocking up their platform. Pretty sure some of the fault lies with me on that one but still annoying. Manageable if you keep an eye on things.Please note that the 1 star review is for a different Bradley smoker and shouldn't be here.

in 40 years as a consumer this is the worst product I have ever bought . I now have two smokers ,three smoke generators and a collection of connecting leads . halfway through smoking you get an error message and it shuts down again and again and again . Bradley themselves cant be bothered to reply to emails . the uk distributors are very nice and helpful and repair and replace as necessary (graco ) but the same problems occur constantly . the fact that I have more than two complete systems supplied as replacements for defective items speaks for itself . ive changed leads ,smoke generators and the complete cabinets , even been through the electrical supply systems but nothing cures the problems .really bad news , don't buy one unless you want to tear your hair out .
