I do not write many reviews, but I felt I needed to do so with this monk fruit sweetener. I am very sensitive to sugar substitutes and their tastes. I grew up with monk fruit, and I know what it’s supposed to taste like. Most monk fruit sweeteners have a nasty aftertaste. This product does not. I used it in drinks, and no one knew it was not sugar. I’ve used it to make apple crisp filling and topping. Again, no one knew the difference. I have yet to use it in other desserts, but this monk fruit would probably do well. I was able to make a simple syrup, and it dissolved easily and had the same properties of regular sugar. While sugar is way cheaper, I will gladly pay a little more for something so good.

Excellent product, I don’t miss sugar. Good value and is easy to use as it is the same measurement, 1 tbsp sugar = 1tbsp monk sweetener.

First, to top it off, the Amazon driver brought my package at 7:10 am - wonderful and in time for my breakfast of oatmeal, cinnamon and Monk Fruit Sweetener with Allulose. It was amazing! It dissolves immediately, doesn't clump and you just spoon it in according to taste. I am a critic of artificial sweeteners because they always leave an aftertaste. This sweetener is great, sweet and satisfying for my taste. I've been trying all types of sugar substitutes for over 50 years, and this tops them all.

I had been using a monkfruit/erythritol blend for a few years, but my neurologist advised me to stop using erythritol. This product is a decent substitute. I like the fine texture of it because it dissolves quickly in liquid and you can bake with this, as is. I had to grind the other product into a finer powder to be able to use it for baking. The taste is slightly different than the previous product; not terrible by any means, just different so it's probably just a matter of getting accustomed to a new product.

At over $7/lb monk fruit w/allulose is expensive but is a 1:1 replacement for sugar that does not affect glucose levels. It is an excellent product with no aftertaste and has no other additives.

Trying to cut out refined granulated sugar. I typically would use 2 tsp of sugar in my coffee. Although this product says it's a 1:1 ratio, I only used one scoop (tsp) in my coffee and tried it and in a blind test, I would NOT taste the difference. It melts in perfectly, no clumps! I tasted ZERO aftertaste. I'm so happy! Highly recommend!

Excellent sugar substitute. No bad aftertaste with with sweetener.

Clean and healthy product, especially for diabetics. Minimal aftertaste with drinks and puddings and none with baked goods. Behaves well in baking. The reason I went for allulose with monkfruit blend was to achieve a more potent sweetness with less quanitiy compared to only allulose sweeteners and that's mainly for health reasons. However, my experience was not as expected. I bought this product twice (each weighed 907g) over the course of 4 months! So definitely not the best value for money in terms of time to use. I mainly use it for baking and I only make a batch of 6-8 muffins around once a week. I just hope it was more cost efficient. I'm gonna try the golden blend this time, hopefully it is truelly a bit sweeter than this one.
