Clean way to combat arteriosclerosis
I’ve been taking 20,000 units of nattokinase daily for quite some time now. From what I’ve read, there’s research suggesting it may support cardiovascular health, which is what initially got me interested. Personally, I haven’t noticed any side effects at this dose. I think consistency is key with something like this, taking it regularly seems to matter more than anything else. This brand has been reliable for me over the years.
