I purchased the ViprTech Ghost 2.0 Gaming PC two years ago, and from day one, it has exceeded every expectation. This machine is a powerhouse—AMD Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3060 12GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a blazing fast 1TB NVMe SSD. Everything from high-end gaming and VR to streaming and multitasking runs effortlessly. It's fast, quiet, and looks amazing with the clean white case and RGB lighting. But what really sets this experience apart is the after-sales support. After two years of daily use, I ran into a hardware issue and didn’t expect any help since I was well past the warranty window. Still, I reached out—and Matt from customer service at ViprTech went above and beyond. He helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue with patience and professionalism. That level of support this far down the line is rare and truly appreciated :) If you’re considering buying this PC, buy with confidence. The performance is top-tier, and the company stands behind its product. ViprTech is a trusted seller, and their customer service is 5-star. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrible computer. The operating system worked decent and held up with most of what my son needed it for. Unfortunately, the computer began to shut down randomly. We contacted their customer support and began the repair process. The night before sending the computer in, I figured out that the connections for the USB ports on the top side of the computer must have been shorting out, shutting down the computer. Every time I moved the connection, it restarted. I told the team and they said they would relay the information. We sent it in and a few days later got notified that they were finished and sending it back. Once we received the computer they stated that the computer was overheating and replaced the CPU/GPU (not sure which one). Go figure, I wiggled the USB ports, and computer restarts. Now the computer will not send video through to the monitor.

We purchased this PC for our 12 year old daughter who’s been a gamer for years! She had one prior to this and she couldn’t play the games she loves or connect with her friends on it and through her Oculus. This PC has been amazing! Was well packaged and no damages! Arrived quickly and upon opening heard a scrubbing when powered on. Checked all fans and couldn’t find where it was coming from. Next day contacted support and he was very nice and answered and responded to questions and concern respectfully. During our conversation and counting of fans noticed one that you have to be sitting down to see or looking upside down under it and immediately seen the problem. The protective stuffing had pushed the cable up barely touching the fan and was causing the issue. He told me I could pull some slack out gently and that the cables are surprisingly long just tucked behind the white side panel. Did just that and problem solved! Have had one extremely happy little girl that has had zero issues connecting to steam, her Oculus, and other high rated games! Definitely a amazing PC to purchase for gaming and other needs! The company (seller) is amazing and if I could I’d give them 100 stars!!!!!!

I bought this PC a little under a year and a half ago, and honestly I love it. It’s able to handle all the games I play, and it hasn’t had any major issues since I bought it. The only issue I had was that my product key was showing as incorrect, I was able to email ViprTech support and one of their customer service representatives named Colin dealt with the issue in a prompt professional manner. I would 100% recommend this pc for anyone who wants a solid mid range pc at a great price!

Completely honest review here. This is my first time ever getting a pc. Package came in time, no damages. I was a little bit weary because as you can probably tell the reviews here aren’t very great. When the of arrived I plugged everything in and hooked it to my dell monitor. There was no hdmi signal on the monitor. It took about 3 hours of plugging and unplugging before I called support. There was no answer however, I emailed them and sent pictures of everything. Colin got back to me quickly the next morning as I had emailed past closing. All I had to do was report the cpu which had came unplugged during shipping, and switch ram stick location. Boom! This pc runs beautifullyyyyy. So quiet and efficient. Highly recommended.

Should have read other reviews… The unboxing was nice, well packed. Ended there. I plugged in my WORKING monitor into the GPU as directed, plugged in the power.. Fans turned on, power light on, no display…. Waited still nothing. I didn’t *think* I needed to read the directions on how to turn a PC on (I am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT technician.. and Computer Science degree — this later REALLY helps). I scanned the QR code on my phone and it had.. of all things.. an area on how to troubleshoot a brand new computer, which I thought was ODD. Nevertheless I opened the case and started my troubleshooting I do with any PC.. I made sure the GPU was secure.. it was. Then onto the RAM, took one module out and it TURNED ON…. Ok. First thing I noticed when it was turned on…. NO OUT OF BOX EXPERIENCE which is VERY ODD. *RED FLAG* (why? Because that is a great way to sideload any software a company desires). Any new computer.. or even used one should come with an OOBE, it’s a much more secure way to provide the end user the best experience…. I turned off the PC and swapped the RAM module out with the one which worked… the PC again booted just fine.. Swapped the RAM sticks again… booted again… this tells me the physical RAM slot on the motherboard is defective… on a PASSED computer………r i g h t……… So I am passing on the PC for sure. Hardware issue instantly and then no OOBE, another bad sign… Please do yourself a favor and get a different PC!!!!

This review is for the Ghost 2.0. I received the PC, and it was well packaged and arrived in perfect shape cosmetically. The unit case itself was visually stunning with a glass door that really shows off the RGB fans, and gives easy access to the motherboard and internals. Viprtech claims to check each and every system for operation and quality assurance. Unfortunately the unit that was shipped to me must have fallen through the cracks. The unit took a long time to boot up, and opening basic things like the "recycle bin" took several seconds. To Viprtech's credit, they do have a telephone number where you will get a live support person in MD. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty SSD, and shipped me a new one to install which arrived about a week after the PC arrived. I installed the new SSD and the system would not even boot up. I put the old SSD back in and it would boot up but was still incredibly slow. I contacted their customer care again, and they offered to send me a new system, (once I shipped the inoperable system back). I declined and opted for a refund. Overall, I am disappointed with the time wasted and would not recommend this to a friend, however I did add a star for the live customer support.

If you want to use more than one monitor, make sure you get a display port to HDMI adapter. It only has one usable HDMI port. It comes with a basic Wi-Fi dongle. The only thing I find a little annoying is that the lights are controlled with a button on top of the case. The button is right next to another button that just stops the computer dead and restarts it, and the labels are hard to see. I have to really get on top of it and make sure I'm pressing the right button each time. There are also limited light options. I don't love most of the options and wish it came with software to control it instead. There is also no option to turn the lights off as far as I'm aware, so if you leave your PC on the room is going to be pretty bright.
