The battery is weak, very weak. Aside that, it is a good buy

Edit 7/27 It's so slow I tried to return this multiple times (more than 5) and they said they would contact me, they never contacted me UNTIL legit days after the warranty ended saying I can't. I'm really upset I am still doing monthly payments for this and I'm fricked n over Amazon help said I need to contact the people who sold this to me but it's not hp and there page says 90 days but now whenever I ask they say 30 day warranty. I'm ANGRY and upset I want a refund or at least a partial. I got it for games and can't use Google with more than two tabs, or else it sounds like the laptop is going to take off into space... Original post I thought this would be a good laptop. I thought it was supposed to come with a touch screen pen and it doesn't. It's super super slow right out of the box. The fans turn on within 10 minutes of just turning on the laptop and having regular Internet open on any website. I do like it's touch screen and you can flip it over but I tried to play the Sims on it and holy crap talk about wait screens. I made sure everything was updated and I have nothing downloaded except regular Internet, security and the Sims lol nothing else is really on the laptop and yet the fans sounds like the computer is pushing every game in existence at once lol. It doesn't hold battery as long as it says. I charged it to 100% and unplugged it and it barely lasted 5 hours of just regular Internet playing and maybe an hour of the Sims. It has the option to give you phone notifications and connect to your cell phone I spent an hour trying to connect to my cell phone and it keeps saying error.... I am really considering returning this laptop because holy crap $700+ was way too much for this. My last laptop was half the price and did better. It was at least hold battery and work more than one website every 10 minutes lol I can't even open more than 2-3 things or the computer battery just drops by the minute you can watch it count down 100-99-98-97 etc. Any advice? Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong but idk Edit 9/10 I have contacted Amazon and this company MANY times because I need to return the laptop I received and no answer nothing. Originally when I got the laptop in April I reached out and was told I would receive a refund and return label and never didm or watched out multiple times and was told they can no longer return because it's been too long now. I'm very upset.

Like the weight and the processing power. Great video and audio, very happy with the purchase. Great value for the money and no slouch in terms of capabilities.

Super happy it's fast, it's beautiful, screen it's perfect, bright, color , I used the offer includes and get discount to buy office365 and Antivirus and spent 59 for office yearly plan and 25 for antivirus yearly, love everything, I read that when u fold it might be delicate and it's true , however folding it with care and love, and patient should keep it fine, it is all about use however it's amazing, don't doubt to buy it I researched other laptops for almost an Hour and felt this was the best option and it truly was.

I love this laptop! I had a similar Envy that I spilled an entire mug of coffee on the keyboard. It was soul crushing when it died and I had to call time of death. Luckily I found this model which was the closest equivalent. It’s easy to use and has a beautiful display. I love the fingerprint scan to unlock. I highly recommend. This time I purchased the warranty in case another coffee incident happens.

When i received this product, I was very pleased. It was all that it was advertised to be. EXCEPT durable. I got this fold right back version because my previous HP laptop developed a hinge problem after three years, so I figured that with this new feature I should not have any hinge problems at all in the near future. I WAS WRONG. Going into the 10th month after purchase, I closed the laptop to relocate to another area and when I tried to open it, I met much resistance. I literally saw the sides by the screen opening up and that brought my usage to an end because I do not want to do anything to break the screen. I have reached out to the SELLER and I am awaiting response on how they will treat with this issue. In the time being I thought I should let prospective purchasers know of this HP hardware issue. The software worked well but is of no use if you can't get the hardware to function as in my case.

I love my laptop. It was priced right and I loved the transition from my old computer.

HP is knowingly selling defective products. Do yourself a favor and spend 5 minutes looking up broken hinges regarding their Envy 360 laptops. Your hinge will break within 1 - 2 years, it will break your screen, and HP's outsourced support "Vasantha Lakshmi" will say it's customer-induced and refuse to fix the problem. By "customer induced" they mean you opened and closed the computer. My computer was used very occasionally and broke just after the warranty period. I am a Graphic Designer, I know how to treat my equipment as my income depends on it. Therare multiple class action lawsuits pending over this issue and HP seems to have no intention of correcting the issue. I personally will never buy an HP product again and I suggest you avoid them at all costs. Just get a MAC.
