Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) is Awesome, Strong Signal, Fast Speeds
I installed two of the three high on the walls of my living room, on the ground and first floor. The WiFi can be caught all the way outside at the villa entrance. The speeds are amazing. For your information, YOU WILL NEED a PoE network switch for the routers to work without a power cable.

Great Mesh add-on device
Added this device to my existing network X50-5G. This unit is wired directly to my router via the home ethernet network already existing in the house. Easy setup. Took less than 2 minutes to have the Mesh network running and devises started to connect to the add-on device within seconds. Great stuff.

Excellent Coverage and Stability
This router completely covers both floors of my house as well as the backyard, with coverage of at least 200 square metres. I originally bought two of these, but ended up only needing one to get perfect coverage throughout the whole house. Itโs also far more stable than the Wi-Fi 7 router I was using before.

Important: Please read - Single unit is NOT a directly a Wi-Fi Extender.
On the surface these looked to be ideal for what I needed. Ordered just the one so that I could test it out and see how worked in my house. Product arrived and upon opening I was impressed with the quality although it was a bit bigger than I was expecting. Downloaded the app and plugged the device in. It was then through trying to set the device up that it was not going to work how I was expecting it to. It was not going to work as a Wi-Fi extender as it was implied on the information from Amazon and TP-Link. I may have missed something along the way but it is not clear when reading the information that this product, as a single unit, is NOT overly useful as a Wi-Fi extender (see below). It is also not made clear, from what I can see, that when bought as a single unit it MUST be wired to a router. As a single unit it HAS to be wired to your router. Therefore unless you run an Ethernet cable away from router (if the transmission of the Wi-Fi signal is poor and that is why you are needing a better output) and position the Deco unit where it is better for transmission around your house. Thus, unless you buy two or more Decos or have and want longer ethernet cables (and the problem of running them around your house) then be cautious about buying these to extend or improve your Wi-Fi. There are other Wi-Fi extenders - I hope!

Not suitable for the application, unstable
Dreadfull poduct. It does not work as intended. I dont even know where to start. The mai purpose for a ceilling mount unit is the shape and its thickness. But if you look at its sizez, you can definetly say how well this will fit in the designer environment. But that is the minimum issue i see with this product amd i might find some solutions and probably overcome this issue. On the second note, despite its dual port anf the fact that it supports 2.5GB does not work with Passive PoE, which makes it useless for my application. As the main intension was to fit it on th3 ceilling and pair with my other Desk fitted Deco unit. The Omada one proven now to be better and cheaper that this one. So now i was forced to use the power outlet which then forced me to out the unit on a desk, which is the opposite to what I was trying to archive. That to diacover that the unitnis unstable and wotks worse than my old deco M4R, who dispite ita age provwn to be stable and reliable. So, in the light of this events and after few hours of tinkering in the attempt of extend and improve my network, i am force to place this unitnon return at not even a day from the unit delivery.

Larger than expected, limited config options via webgui
This is a great device, with very good signal coverage and speeds. the LED's can be scheduled to turn off at night which is a nice touch. However the options to configure this device via the WebGUI are very limited. For example you cannot have a 5ghz ssid and a different ssid for 2.4ghz. Also it was larger than i expected.
