I keep this product year round. It is great for sore throats. Zinc is great to stop the progression of cold.

Although I don’t like the taste of it but it works very well on me. It really helps shorten the sickness as promised.

I know the title doesn't sound great, but working sometimes is better than never. I've used this product for years, now. It's most effective when used IMMEDIATELY upon feeling like you might be catching a cold. Sometimes I beat a cold in a few days using Coldeze. Most of the time the cold breaks through and beats me for weeks and weeks, nose running and sleep interupting cough. I know, sure, the medical world says a virus only lasts five days. Okay, well, then I must get four weeks of a miserable sinus and respiratory infection that follows just about every time. Anyway, Coldeze sometimes helps me prevent week #2 through #6, which makes me feel like I just won The Lottery. So, I'm giving it four stars, because I've not found anything else that works,... except staying far from all humans that might be sick, of course.
