With hyper stomach acidity, got to be very careful with any supplements that upset my stomach and this vitamin is really gentle on stomach However I take it after food and as role of a thumb don’t take any supplements on empty stomach

I have been taking this vitamin for roughly a year now, and I must say that it is great. I like this vitamin because it is a vitamin made from food, since it is made from food you can take it on an empty stomach and won't get that sick feeling you get when taking a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum. What's cool about these vitamins is that they are not made with synthetic ingredeints which are found in other vitamins such as Centrum, the ingredients in these vitamins come from real foods, for example according to the label Vitamin C comes from oranges, Vitamin A - carrots and Vitamin E cabbage. The rest of the nutrients in these vitamins come from brewers yeast called s.cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). All ingredients are Non-GMO. When you look at the label and compare the amount per serving to that of a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum you will quickly notice that the dosages in this MegaFood vitamin are a lot lower than that of synthetic vitamins. The lower dosages do not mean that this vitamin has weaker ingredients, the dosages in this vitamin are actually stronger, and they are lower because these vitamins are made from food and food ingredients absorb in the human body easier than synthetic nutrients made in a lab that the body does not recognize. These vitamins come in a very high quality recyclable glass tinted jar that is easy to store and keep cool. Summary: PROS: - Whole food ingredients so you can take the vitamin on an empty stomach. - Vitamins made from real foods such as carrots, cabbage, brown rice and bakers yeast. - All ingredients are Non-GMO, Vegetarian, and iron, gluten, dairy and soy free. CONS: - Vitamin does contains very little saw palmetto. - Although the vitamin contains some probiotics it lack an important probiotic ingredient such as Elderberry (Sambucus). They don't upset my stomach and I feel they do their job. I'm buying more, as these are the most pleasent multivitamins i've ever consumed. Nice glass container as well. They barely have flavor and smell slightly "herby". They are larger than your average pill, but are shaped well-enough to go down smoothly. Highly recommend!
