This is a surprisingly good brand. I have become a regular customer. It helps me with restless legs. It actually helps within a few minutes.! I sincerely recommended to everyone. The price is really good I think - compared to other brands on the market the capsules are easy to swallow

They Work Very Quickly
Works really well, I get quite a lot of cramp and it goes away very quickly after taking them. I have tried another brand but they did nothing so returned very quickly to the best. Expensive but worth every penny as they work a treat!

Really works
This magnesium really works! I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep – I fall asleep easier and wake up feeling more rested. The bisglycinate form is very gentle on the stomach, no discomfort at all. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit large, but still easy enough to swallow. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.
