Great value for money given it comes in 5 pack and I lose my lens cap all the time! Fit is great given the thread is specific to each lens ( I used this on my 18-40mm L Mount lumix lens) Lens caps function as intended and stay on, super easy to use. Lens protection works, was contemplating a filter but this was so much cheaper. Build quality is plastic, but I don’t notice a difference in quality relative to the original I had.

I bought this replacement lens cap for my Canon Ultrasonic EFS 17-8 lens. The cap arrived VERY quickly and was even better than advertised -- it came with the nifty "Canon Ultrasonic" logo on it. I couldn't find a lens cap with a Canon logo for under $7 -- and most were over $10 with shipping. If you need a replacement cap for your Canon, this is the one to get.

Unlike the picture which shows no label on the cap or any of the other reviews, this lens cap actually is a perfect replacement for the E-67U, meaning it says both "Canon" and "Ultrasonic" on it--the U stands for Ultrasonic. This is exactly what I did not want as my lens is not Ultrasonic. Thanks a lot, liar pic and you 8 other unhelpful reviewers for not even describing the product. The seller I bought from was "TAI WAI WAN" and though I have amazon prime it was an "add on" item that required me to purchase this with other items which is also lame. So hopefully, even though I'm annoyed and giving this 1 star out of spite if you actually are looking for a cheap E-67U replacement maybe this review will help you.

I took a chance on this for a 1970s Minolta lens. Among the reviews that came before me, some said the product had no words on it; others reported it said "Canon Ultrasonic." Mine arrived saying "Canon Ultrasonic." I must agree that Amazon needs to sort this out, sell them as two different products, and clearly indicate which product is a Canon-branded cap and which is generic/blank. Obviously some customers want the former, some want the latter. We should not have to guess and gamble. Anyway the lens cap works. It covers a lens against dirt, dust, raisins, mice, footballs, zombies, etc.
