I have two spoonfuls of this every morning with my coffee and it’s absolutely brilliant keeping everything stable

Very happy with this product. I bought it to avoid periods of constipation and then painful hemorrhoids, I've been using it now for 2 months and am now taking 2 generous teaspoons per day in my coffee which feels like the optimal amount for me having worked steadily up a little at a time. It dissolves very well in hot drinks. There is little to no taste except for a very gentle sweet flavour which is pleasant. The only side-effect I had was severe flatulence (no bloating though) every evening for about 6 weeks, then that just stopped and it seems to be plain-sailing. And bowels are now regular and easy and well-formed. Really glad I found this and it seems very good value for money too as 1 pack will last me about 5 months I estimate. Highly recommended.

This inulin does have a sweetness to it, however, if you're expecting something like splenda or Canderel like sweetness, then you will be disappointed as its not that sweet however is pleasant enough for myself. I'm diabetic and needed more fibre in my diet and soluble seems the best way as it goes nicely in most drinks and is supposed to help slow down the rate of sugar absorption and help improve blood sugar levels. That's because though inulin is a carbohydrate, it can't be absorbed like a sugar and instead is passed through the small intestine to the large intestine, where it is then fermented into a probiotic and feeds good bacteria. The important thing to be aware of is if you jump in at taking 3 teaspoons a day. You will end up causing discomfort such as stomach pains, bloating, upset stomach and farting. So it is very important to follow the instructions on the packet and take a smaller amount.

Love love love this stuff! ... I use it every day in my morning coffee and daytime cups of tea, I use it in sugarfree jelly and in omelettes, and low carb waffles and pancakes, I am unable to detect any difference whatsoever in flavour, and when used in baking the only difference is an improvement in texture! It dissolves so easily, and works out at 0.5 grams of carbohydrate per teaspoon... I have at a minimum 20gms a day, and some days much more... no notable negative bloating or any gastric negatives. I have only ever used this brand, so I cannot compare it to others, but why would I when this stuff is perfect for what started as a low carb diet, but has now changed to a permanent low carb lifestyle. Such a flexible fine textured powder I cant really think of anything you couldnt add this to, it would even go great in ketchup or mayo on a nice juicy cheeseburger 😋

Second time I've bought this. The only thing that helps with my digestion issues. Also my bloating has gone.

I don't leave many reviews but felt I needed to for this product. It dissolves perfectly in water and has no taste at all. I have been putting 3 heaped teaspoons in my cup of tea each morning and even on a blind taste test between 2 teas where only one has it in I couldn't tell the difference. It claims to be a sugar substitute but given that I cant taste it at all I don't agree with that however it does exactly what I wanted, more fibre without any taste.

It seems that massive tears in the packaging of this product lately is quite common based on other reviews. Contents poured out the hole in the bottom when taking it out, which meant I needed to quickly decant. I used this product a few years ago and the quantity still seems similarly good value but apprehensive to use this lot as not sure how long the contents have been exposed in the warehouse! Perhaps avoid until packaging issues stop...

Riacquisto questa inulina regolarmente da anni, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, solubilità perfetta. Ne prendo un cucchiaio da caffè tutte le mattine assieme al caffè, con l'idea di assumere quotidianamente una certa quantità di fibre solubili indipendentemente da quello che mangerò durante la giornata. L'inulina è un ottimo prebiotico che contribuisce a nutrire e a generare un microbiota sano, che è un elemento importante per la salute. Questo cucchiano al giorno è diventata un'abitudine regolare e facile che spero contribuisca alla mia salute a lungo termine. Visto che la confezione è da un kilo, mi dura circa un anno o più. Il sapore è molto lievemente dolce (appena appena) ed è perfetto per il mio caffè, che prendo senza zucchero.

Compré el NKD Living Polvo de fibra prebiótica de alto grado de inulina (1 kg) para añadir al kéfir que tomo por la mañana. Se disuelve muy bien y aporta un ligero sabor dulce, que hace más agradable su consumo. Es un buen aliado para favorecer el tránsito intestinal, regularizar el ritmo digestivo y ayudar a mantener un metabolismo activo. La cantidad de 1 kg resulta muy práctica y dura bastante tiempo.
