No, it just compatible with the WACACO Nanopresso espresso machine.

Does this work with both lungo size (110ml) and espresso size (40ml) nespresso original pods?

I just put through twice , or use larger adapter you can buy …. Same in normal Nespresso if you want a Lungo ristrato pod just put through twice

Will this work with the metal Reuseable capsules?

yes, should do. only issue i have had with some capsules is that the adapter doesn't always fully pierce the cap so not all the coffee (or in my case hot chocolate) is used for the drink - easily solved and just stab the lid with a knife tip before inserting

Will this adapter work with the Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules?

No the two capsules are not compatable
