CONTAINS sodium hypochlorite (BLEACH)!!!
What I don’t like most is that this product contains sodium hypochlorite. On the advertisement of this product it only says it has the magnesium component in it. So now I have six bottles that I bought that I thought was a clean product. Says “not returnable” I should’ve known when there was no pic of the actual ingredient label.

If you take a stick of chalk and a piece of old tire rubber, grind them up to a fine powder, and mix the powder into milk, then you'll have something that tastes like the original flavor of Milk of Magnesia. If your constipation is a mild case, then this product might actually work. (If it does, you'll notice a candy-like smell when it comes out the other end.) However, there are "hard cases" for which Milk of Magnesia won't work. In that case, use Castor Oil, which is the STRONGEST cure that doesn't involve a trip to the hospital.
