It is easy to make and I like the kit. You can buy this in the market for under $3 so the Amazon price is outrageously expensive. I would recommend buying in your local market where you can spend 1/3 cost.

I really like the Street Kitchen line of products. They are all high quality ingredients and easy to follow instructions. The Indian Butter chicken is our favorite - so much amazing flavor! The only thing that is a little bit off are the instructions to cook it for twenty minutes - that is way too long for smaller pieces of chicken which are already partially cooked. I cut the cooking time down to ten minutes (using 2" cubes of chicken) and it comes out perfectly. Tender chicken with lots of flavor. I also uncover the skillet for the last five minutes to help it thicken up. Since stoves do vary, try it the first time following their instructions. I have a gas stove and it tends to cook things more quickly. The only other place I have found this dish - where it was equal to the Kitchen Street - is in a great restaurant in Franklin. I prefer to save the travel time and make this at home. If you like using pre-made packets for easier cooking, I highly recommend the Kitchen Street line.

I’m generally not a fan of cooking kits/sauces but the Street Kitchen Butter Chicken is fantastic. It’s my little secret — everyone thinks it’s completely homemade, and it’s become a regular family favorite. Definitely add a good amount of half & half a few minutes before serving. You’ll want more of the delicious sauce and it’s makes it even more rich and creamy. Yum.

Great taste, too expensive.

After a long day at work, relieved I had this in my pantry to make for a quick dinner. Delicious, the spice packet definitely makes it, will keep this in stock in my pantry from now on. I think the price is right as well.

I get this at the local store for under 3.00 per pack. It makes very delicious butter chicken but I add a splash of heavy cream, some cream cheese, water, chicken bullion, little bit of tomato paste and a little butter. Makes all the difference. tastes like something you might get from a restaurant once those are added. I love also tried their red curry which is also good.
