How do I utilize the warranty?

Hello. Just send me your order number through Amazon, and I can look it up. Let me know what parts you need. Just navigate to Your Orders and then Contact Seller. Thanks, Kevin

will this fit an iphone 13 pro max with an otter box symmetry case (ultrathin)? with case it's 83MM

Hello. It depends on the thickness of the case. The phone mount opens to 85mm. Your phone is 78.1mm. That leaves just under 7mm for the case. That’s just a 1/4 inch for the case.

Has this been used on a motorcycle at freeway speeds?

I’m sorry, but I do not know. I have used these parts on my bike. I have not had any issues, but that’s not nearly the same thing. I hate to lose a sale, but you might want to look for an all aluminum solution. That’s would be your safest bet on a motorcycle.

Will this mount fit am iPhone 12 Pro Max?

Hello. Your iPhone 12 Pro Max is 78.1 mm wide. This phone clip will open to 85 mm. So, if your case does not use up the other 7.9 mm - it should work. Hope that helps.
