These push up bars are a great addition to a home gym. The bars are light weight plastic with a soft, grippy handle and have a wide base to ensure you will not tip if off balance. Awesome pushup bars. The rubber is soft on the grip with no stress on the wrist. Love them

They are nice pushup stands, light weight, grippy, and they seem pretty durable. They have a slight angle to them which I guess is supposed to be better for your wrists. However, I wish they had softer or thicker padding on the handle because it hurts my palms to put my weight on them. The padding on them is quite firm. My husband likes to use them though.

Brilliant piece of kit. Because your hands are off the floor you get far more stretch when you do push ups with these compared to doing them off the floor.
