Smells.strange
I have issues with sleeping child. This smells strange, i am used something like this at the moment amd it's has all the same ingredients in and smells lovely this smells strange. I will give it a go amd see if it works

This has a lovely smell, if smells can be called calming this would be it. Not sure if it's helping her get to sleep but not convinced she's using it. 🤔 Might pinch it myself instead

Be careful it doesn’t spill when the tin is opened.
The balm had turned to liquid in transit and spilled out when I opened the tin so beware.. Smells of lavender but very oily.

I use this lavender balm on my temples and wrists it has calming effect which helps turn your mind off so your ready to drift off to sleep
