Good quality arch support and a pack of 6 so in my trainers, slippers and clear ones in sandals.They did make my feet ache a bit when I first used them. But now I don’t notice them at all

I bought these arch support pads because I didn’t want the full foot type that make your shoes feel tighter. The pads are comfortable and do give your arches a bit of support but they don’t stick well which is annoying when you’re trying to slip your foot into your shoes.

These are excellent ! Made such a difference. Highly recommend.

Very uncomfortable to wear. I had to return them as they are too big/thick for my feet. They don’t stick inside your shoe and keep moving around as you walk causing a lot of pain. Returned

Nichts verrutscht, genial! Haften super, allerdings bin ich noch nicht damit raus. Das unterstützende Gefühl ist aber mega! Klebe ich mir auch in alle meine Ballerina, da komm ich immer ein bisschen holzig daher, ab jetzt… fast wie Turnschuhe.
