This cart was easy to assemble and very functional serving as an extra prep station for meals. The inside shelf was not absolutely necessary so it’s also being used to store recycling items. Although it is slightly wobbly when rolling it out of the way, it is still pretty sturdy and a great option for an added kitchen island cart with storage.

I don't personally like the hinges for the main cabinet, would rather a normal hinge that closes and sits flush regularly, but it works. All parts were there, easy enough to assemble, slightly wobbly, but pretty much exactly what I needed.

Whatever happened to quality? Remember the old days when there were butcher block microwave kitchen carts that were sturdy and strong? I do, and this isn't one of those. I looked high and low for one and I guess they don't make them anymore. If you want my advice, I wouldn't waste your time with this cabinet. Oh it's easy to put together and had all of the hardware with it. All you need is a Phillips head screw driver and there was even a small one included. Trust me though, you'll want to get one with a bigger handle than the one they included. The instructions were good with pictures and which hardware to use from the numbered bags and the cabinet parts were labeled so I think a third grader could probably assemble it. Don't let that third grader sit on it though. It's so flimsy I don't think I'd put a microwave on it. The top of the cabinet doors move a 1/4" if you push the top back and forth. This thing is a total piece of junk is what I'm saying.And for the ones in the reviews saying there is a 1/2" gap between the doors, use the Phillips head screw driver to turn the front screw on the hinges in and it will make the edge of the doors go closer together and get rid of that gap. Just don't stand near it if you set something heavy on top, it might collapse and crush your dog, cat or child.

I bought a kitchen island Feb of last year and I was like If I put two together it would make a lovely large counter. I just bought what I thought was the same exact one except it wasn't even though it said it was. Don't get my wrong I love both but screws were missing out my last one and difference on how they are made, they got a little cheaper, some od the parts on my last one was metal and now it's plastic, there are 5 wheels instead of three, more screws showing on the outside compared to the first one. The thing that really pissed me off was that one was taller than the other, this was supposed to tm be the same so highly disappointed1, I had already put it together or else I would of had sent it back. However, it is nice and sturdy and beautiful.

This is an okay item for the price. Materials were of decent quality and shelf was quite sturdy. The shelf holders are just plastic and one hole was a little too big, so piece kept falling out. I just used the next row down and all the pieces stayed in place and the shelf was secure. (There are three rows to choose for the shelf.)The assembly will go smoother with two people. I put it together on my own and had to use some of the styrofoam and cardboard to prop up the doors so they stayed in place while I placed the screws. The item is as shown and I am satisfied with it.

I love this piece of island furniture. This did take me some time and a month to assemble with my two daughters. This is only because of our work schedule; we did it on a Saturday for an hour. I do hate the screw where you have to turn it. I do love it, and it goes well with my kitchen. I love the drop leaf for counter space because we need a space for the girls to eat, and I can do my filming as well. I ordered two bar stools and can't wait to put it to use. I love all the space to store more items and the towel rack on the side.

Like another reviewer said “The drill holes were not always in the right place. The cutout for the hinges was off enough so that it caused a half an inch gap between the doors. The drawer would not open smoothly because it would hit the top.” In addition, the left side panel is missing drill holes on the bottom. So, my left door isn’t stable. All that said, I like the colors.

It is perfect, love it. Looks expensive.Very hard to build.
