Terrific dough cutter or whatever you'd want to call it. I bought it to scoop up diced veggies from my cutting board when I'm chopping things to make a salad, stew, etc. Nice quality, doesn't feel cheap at all. I like the little blade guard that comes with it. I can't wait to use it!

This scraper is a bit heavier and studier than others I have used. It should hold up for a long time and lots of use. The handle is also larger, and it is quite comfortable to hold. However, with the weight, I feel it definitely is best as a bench scraper and for cutting dough. I would not use it as a cake smoother. My favorite feature, though, is the cover. I have a small and very crowded kitchen, so this will be stored in a drawer, so the cover comes in very handy. However, when I received this, the cover was jammed on and it was hard to remove. I would recommend not pushing the scraper too hard into the cover.

This was just what I needed! Very lightweight, high quality slice with a blade guard! I use it for cutting, slicing and scraping while baking. Anyone in the kitchen can and will appreciate this helpful tool.

This kitchen utensil is 1st rate quality! One that I expect will last my lifetime and my grandchildren' lifetime. It is very comfortable in the hand and outperforms it's purpose. I use it as a dough scraper, as well as a cutting board scraper for veggies etc. I would recommend this with 10 stars!!!

Great kitchen accessory. Good heavy blade with a nice handle. Cuts dough well with the blades edge and scrapes the counter well for cleaning up. Not sharp like a knife as its not intended to be, But well made. Good purchase..

I have been wanting one of these for YEARS! Not sure why I waited so long! This is so worth the money, and it really wasn't that expensive. It is very sturdy, cuts thru dough perfectly and it is inch guides both on the horizontal and vertical edges of the blade.

While it is not an essential for most home kitchens, this is quite handy to have around. Finally broke down and got one. This has a comforting heft to it, and feels nice and solid. So far works great for prepping dough for pretzels.

Very well made , strong does not bend. Not to sharp as it would scratch the surface

Looks good. Nice weight to it. I thought the edge guard was a nice touch. I really only plan to use it as a bench scraper for bread dough, but you could definitely chop come fruit or veg with.it.

Really well made and certainly feels like it's high quality. The cutting edge was not finished properly with very obvious metal burs to the eye and touch that would damage a cutting board or bench top, or possibly end up in food. Fine grain sandpaper removed the burs and ultra fine (800 grit) sandpaper polished it up nicely.

Bought this for my wife who wanted one, having seen them used on MasterChef. It's well priced and in particular she likes the rubberised (dishwasher safe) grip. The edges are also - in my view - just the right level of sharpness: not knife sharp, but still sharp enough to cut through pizza slices, act as a scraper, halve an apple etc. Good buy.
