Allergenic product
Although I’m generally quite happy with the Neutrogena brand, this toner absolutely burned my face after the very first application. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to leave this review to help prevent others from experiencing the same reaction.

Not sure why such a simple ingredient causes such burn on my skin. Product were not seal. Had to stop using. Disappointed

Toner is a must!
Toner is a must for clean skin and a good base for makeup. This is inexpensive and works as well as more expensive ones. Highly recommend. Have been using this for years and frequently get compliments on my skin and how I don't look my age!
