It’s vegan and that’s what I wanted
I’ve got these Zinc capsules having decided that I needed some and I wanted them to be vegan which they are and pleased me greatly , however I cannot comment on their efficacy yet as I’ve only taken them for a short time. The capsules themselves are smaller than usual capsules which is great for me because I hate swallowing the bigger ones and the price is not too bad either.
