I haven't had any issues taking this and soreness after workouts seems to be less. I'm not taking as much as it says you can take, I'm taking what I think I need on workout days.

It says on the package that the serving size is 8 capsules, It is a lot. I can take only 2 because already taking other supplements. So I don't notice any effect, not bad not good. Maybe the dosage is not enough. The price is pretty high too for one month's supply. But the ingredients are good and impressive, sounds like it could be a very nice supplement
