Easy Installation

easy to install, looks good, I had one minor issue with the app regarding wifi, I called YALE and actually spoke with a live person who helped solve my issue right away. I've only had the lock for a couple of months so not willing to give it 5 stars yet!

Deadbolt yes. Handle NO
The directions for installation had several errors. The tab on the handle assembly was described one way; the illustration showed another. A piece was supposed to “click” in place. Nothing clicked. After several tries I finally got it. Deadbolt works fine but sometimes jams. The handle just broke after about a month of use. Had to call a locksmith and he pried it out and had to replace it. Cheap material.

Smart Module NOT included
I think this is a nice lock but we didn't realize the Smart Module was an optional item. We assumed the way it was advertised it would have everything we needed to control this lock from anywhere. We didn't plan on spending another $80 for a Module.
