I wouldn’t say they are non-slip and can’t say they are original either. They fully wore out by my little toe in a few months.

Are these shoes machine washable ?

It is not recommended. I use a toothbrush with a little dish-soap to do the "white' sole portion. I try not to wash the upper portion if it is not necessary. It is recommended to wash by hand only and seldomly
