Still available after 12 years
Its a rechargeable battery a APC surge protector and back up for power cuts to protect digital equipment. 2nd replacement in 12 years plus. So very happy still available Ordering replacement was straight forward.

More expensive than clones but reliable
I have a number of the APC under desk UPS around the house and I've replaced two batteries so far in 10 years which is good going. The instructions to replace the battery are provided in the box with diagrams to make it simple to follow.

Wasn't obvious I needed two.
This isn't a criticism, it is just a warning that occasionally it is best to open the UPS unit and physically check how many batteries it needs before placing the order. They both worked, but it is always a job to know whether to change the UPS or replace the batteries.

A straight up replacement for my original apc battery in my ups which lasted 5 years no issue fitting very easy

Update on my review of UPS battery
I had a problem with the original battery which had been delivered. However the supplier has sprung into action and sending out a replacement urgently. So, assuming the new battery works well, I shall be very happy, and indeed the supplier has been very responsive to the problem, so thank you.

Cheaper than buying a new UPS
Arrived on time, contained excellent instructions, was easy to change and was much cheaper than buying a new UPS unit for the computer system.
