Better metabolism, more energy, and higher.....drive.
I had been missing Fadogia and Tongkat in my daily supplements and I could definitely feel it. I hadn't ordered this one before, so I tried it because of the bigger dosing, 500 mg of the Tongkat vs 400 in the other one I've taken, and I'm digging it. I can feel it in my metabolism which seems higher than it was a couple of weeks ago and well...other stuff is better than it was. Great supplement and great price with awesome boost in energy.

One month supply of amino acids
This is a bottle of amino acids in capsule form. I am glad to find them in capsules because I already add enough powder stuff to my shake. They are regular size of capsules and I find them easy to swallow. This is a one month supply and you take four a day. If you regularly workout and especially if trying to build muscle, I recommend taking amino acids as they can be helpful to building muscle and help a lot with quick recovery and endurance while working out. I personally prefer them in capsules over powder, so I'm happy with these! They came well sealed as well.

Essential Aminos
I already take a lot of herbal supplements but my fitness addict husband told me I should be taking additional amino acids. So I thought I would try these. They are easy to swallow, no bad after taste and no adverse reactions. I haven't really noticed much difference. The recommended dosage is 4 capsules a day. That is a lot to add to my already large quantity of supplements, lol.

Vegan essential amino acid supplement.
I'm new to taking essential amino acids. I wish there was better information about the pros and cons of supplementing essential amino acids available. It seems like it's mostly body builders who take EAAs and BCAAs because when I look online for other brands, it seems they are mostly marketed for body builders. I've been vegan for several years but I'm still learning about the nutritional difference between being an omnivore and a vegan. It is sometimes confusing planning a healthy vegan diet, making sure I get enough protein everyday is tricky because it requires eating the correct variety of foods that combine to make complete protein. It seems like a no brainer that taking essential amino acids would be good for vegans but the lack of other vegans taking EAA supplements makes me wonder why they are not taking them. I started working out again recently and I was making progress but I was somewhat sore on some days after working out the previous day. I'm a senior now so I have to be especially careful not to overdo it so I cut back a little on the exercise around the same time I started taking this EAA supplement. I can't be sure if it was cutting back or taking this supplement that has made me less sore. Whenever I take a supplement I've never taken before I always take a low dose, I first started with one capsule a day and after a couple of days increased my dose to two capsules a day and have been doing that for the last few days. So far I have had no bad side effects and I do sometimes feel more energetic than usual and have a little less pain than before I started taking them. I plan to keep taking two capsules a day for a while to see how my body likes taking them, and while I try to learn more about the pros and cons (if any) of taking them. I'm giving this product a 4 star rating only because I don't know enough about EAAs to feel comfortable giving 5 stars.
