This is the best cat toy I have ever gotten. My cats absolutely love this toy. It’s also very easy to control and get them very excited. It’s really great. When they hear the little bell they know it’s time to play. My cats love the flying feather cat toys. Those toys have two big problems. The string or cord gets knotted and my cats absolutely destroy them. My cats not only love this toy but it’s much more durable. It continues to flap and twirl after a decent amount of damage. The three feather design can just take more damage and the cats can’t chew the cord.

This toy behaves like the cat dancer toy, bouncing around wildly enough to get our kittens and 13 year old cat running, jumping, chasing & stalking it. The feather attachments are as good as any we've purchased. It would be perfect (and a 5 star) rating if it were 48 inches or longer, as opposed to this 29 inch length. One of our feather chasers is approximately 60 inches long which gives us more options while playing with the cats. Still, this is well made, our three love it and it's an excellent value.

I have never found a toy that my cat loved so much. Great for at the end of the day. I play with him for a half hour before bed then feed him and he sleeps through the night. I do have to hide it up high when we are done or he will not leave it alone. Occasionally my cat will rip out the feathers or eat them if I'm not paying attention, but all I have to do is glue them back on and by the next day we're good to go again. Yes the feathers do wear out eventually, but for the price of 3 replacements feather sets at $9. it is well worth it and if you can't afford them, find or buy some replacement feathers and glue them in and you'll be all set. I used to make something similar myself, but to be honest, the metal pole and clip on assembly is very durable and well worth the price. I love this so much that I bought two more as gifts for two cat Mom's I know.

My cat LOVES this toy! I unfortunately adopted her declawed and she’s a pretty gentle cat so I have no worries about her tearing up the little birds. With that being said the quality seems really great. I love that the wand part isn’t plastic. It’s the only toy she will actually play with so I’m very happy that I purchased!

my cat loves playing with it but the feather toys break *very easily* I have gone through about 6 of them in a couple weeks but the main piece can be used with other toys at the end.

I have had many cats and many toys and nothing has come close as to how to my new 4 month old kittens have reacted to this. They went absolutely mad for it! Even while I was attaching the feathers they were starting to jump in anticipation. The second I let it spring forth, they were jumping around like little acrobats. The quality feels fantastic as well. From the wooden handle, to the thick metal cable to the latch that holds the feather ring on, it all seems very well designed by people who know cats and cat lovers. Another very considerate addition is the refills of the feather rings. Again, these people know their cats. “Prey is play” and the feathers certainly seem to appear like prey to my little guys. By the same token however, when they do catch one of them, they are quick to attack and gnaw at it. So far, the first ring has lasted seven 30-minute play sessions, but it’s starting ti get a bit ragged. Thankfully, I have refills ready to go. I’ve already ordered more refills by themselves as this has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be my kittens number one toy (and I love using it too!)
