Great after sales service
Product got issue within 7 months of purchase but it was changed under warranty without any issues. Great after sales support.

Affordable wireless mouse with great quality
Got this mouse in March and that one became faulty in May. As it was under warranty reported this to Portronics that asked to break the mouse into pieces and send a photo to them. Once the photo is sent they shipped a new one which reached in a week. The replaced one is working flawless since then. Kudos to the team.
