What size is this decal? And does it stick on outside of window?

It is precisely 3 inches in diameter measured. It has a 2.75 inch by 0.5 inch double sided tape in the back and will stick to anything until it losses it’s stickiness over time.

I never installed mine so I cannot say how durable it is.
