Not the cheapest, and maybe not better than others, but honest about capacity and good videos
I have bought a number of these from ifixit directly. Most have been good, but I did get one that (I thought) had killed my iPhone. The phone went into a constant reboot loop with the ifixit battery. I thought that phone had died so I took the brand new battery out of my wife’s phone and put it into mine. Next thing I know, my phone “dies” the same death! I ended up buying two new phones. It turns out (I later discovered) that this reboot loop is caused by the battery, and if you put a good battery in, you can solve the problem. I figured that the battery from ifixit was new, so assumed the problem was that my tinkering had killed the phones. An expensive mistake. Anyway, since that initial experience with ifixit, the majority of the iPhone batteries I have purchased have been good. I will say that I like that they use shorter adhesive strips than iPhone original strips which are difficult to remove. Honestly the ifixit strips still break too, and the best method seems to be using a hair drier. Previously I bought the kit with tools because it is only a little more expensive and it comes with the seal kit. But I have many sets of ifixit tools now, and it seems wasteful to buy the tools just to get the seal. When you buy the tool kit, the battery and seal are packaged together. That made me think that if you buy the battery alone, it would come with the seal. It doesn’t, but it should. They sell the seal separately. Overall, I buy ifixit batteries on Amazon because they advertise the same mAH as my original battery. Everyone else advertises 10 or 20x OEM which is obviously dishonest. I can’t find any other battery on Amazon that seems truthful about the capacity… so I go with ifixit, even though it is more costly and they don’t offer free shipping.

Battery drains fast
This battery drains fast and last less than the original battery which was at 75%. I am extremely disappointed as ifixit products should be high quality and long lasting, however, this one is not. Do not waste your money on replacing the battery with this one. Completely unfunctional and unusable after installing.
