This item is a pretty well constructed and versatile rod clamp that fits rods or tubes from .5" -2.0" diameter, with a nice strong grip. Sure it can be used on your bicycle for a cell phone holder, but you could also install this on any round or square bar to mount anything with a common 1/4" thread - there's a total of four female threads on this. It appears to be well made and is extremely nice looking, especially at this price point. It's not intended to have any kind of security feature though, so be mindful of using it outside of your home.

Much better than I expected. Works fantastic on the yoke of a Cessna. It’s good solid aluminum with a good vulcanized rubber grip and very smooth stainless hardware.

This mount works perfectly for what I needed it for. Grips tight, doesn't come loose and fits my Ram mount perfectly.

Great quality but it struggles to stay put if your mounting it on something smooth like a round bar. Ball is a little bigger than one inch so if your using ram mount stuff it’s a little off.

I had tried a few mounting options for my golf cart (cup holder mount, roof support mount) but found them to be unstable and generally unreliable for safe phone mounting. This clamp might as well be a bench vise, because my phone mount doesn't move a millimeter even on the bumpiest roads. The all-metal construction feels solid, and the multiple mounting bracket screw hole locations are totally genius. They really thought this design through and it shows. I think this will hold on square tube just fine but didn't want to risk scratching the metal corners of the roof support, so I 3D printed adaptors to convert the square to round. Again, not necessary and strictly for cosmetics. This clamp isn't going anywhere. Great purchase and highly recommend.

Great quality, hanging a large coffee off of this with a Ram mount accessory. Hasn't moved and no damage to my leather wrapped passenger grab bar.

My dashcam kept falling off my windscreen. I used this clamp to hold it in place. It also makes it easy for me to push the buttons because it is now much closer to me.

Very well built, strong aluminium body. Gives a good grip on the rail, much cheaper than RAM mount equivalent. I would buy again.
