White Revive Powder, 3 Pound

I tracked this product down after trying to find out the best way to get whites white. I tried vinegar, vinegar baking soda and lemon juice. Vinegar works reasonably well on the stains, but the Oxy clean is the clear winner. Took the yellow sweat stains out of pillowcases and pillowcase protectors and sheets, duvet covers and mattress protectors all came up white. Some washes required more than the level of two on the scoop. Excellent product.

Excellent product will buy again

Exceeded my expectations! My son was upset when his favorite white polo T-shirt turned pink after another shirt bled color in the washing machine. I bought this powder, followed the instructions, and voilà — the T-shirt is white again! My son was so happy to see his shirt restored.

100% best I bleach you can order

Ruined my clothes. I put a load of whites in with just this powder and all my clothing turned grey and its ruined a perfectly good and expensive shirt, my suit trousers and an expensive top that was brilliant white and now has grey staining. This item should not be used at all. It will ruin what you have and its not safe for colours either

This works noticeably better than regular detergent when it comes to reviving white clothes. I’ve used it on white shirts and towels that were starting to look dull, and after soaking and washing with this powder, they definitely looked brighter. It’s a good alternative to bleach if you don’t want the harsh smell or risk of fabric damage. It also helps with certain stains, especially light discoloration from sweat or general wear. The powder dissolves well in warm water and doesn’t leave residue when used correctly. That said, it’s not a miracle product. For heavily set-in stains, you’ll still need to pre-treat or soak longer. It also works best with warm or hot water, so it’s not as effective in cold cycles. And like most whitening products, consistency matters — one wash won’t completely restore very old fabrics. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want to maintain white clothes without using chlorine bleach. It takes a little effort, but the results are worth it. 4 stars.

Was not initially a believer but this really works. Did according to instructions first soak my white tea shirts. After washing the stains removed and visibly whiter. Reasonable price.
